My journey into photography started with a camera as a first anniversary gift. At the time I was fortunate to be surrounded by so many families in my job and actually started photographing families and maternity!

Year after year, the same families stood in front of my camera and I just couldn’t say no.

Now as a mother, I further believe in not only capturing those moments but in printing them and displaying them for all to see.

After all the legacy only starts on your wedding day.

What is it about the moment you find out you're creating a family with the person you love?

It's such an honor and a true joy seeing these moments. The anticipation, the excitement, the waiting and wondering. ALL of it is so magical and I truly believe deserves a spot in your family album!

As a daughter, a sister and a momma I now know how vital it is to document your family yearly. I'm so fortunate to have so many families in front of my lens year after year. We have grown together and I rest easy knowing their family will have tangible memories for years to come!

Newborns are such a special and short part of life. Being able to document them, especially for those I've worked with on other important sessions, means the world! I do approach newborns as a lifestyle, which means we do the session in your home and in more natural posing with limited props.
