Today is definitely a blog post to make sure you scroll all the way to the end for! When Alissa first sent me some inspiration for her beach engagements I was SO excited for it! She was wanting something a little different for the second part of their session and I was loving that!! I tell all my brides and guys to pick locations that is true to them, so they will feel comfortable in the pictures. Alissa sent me both her outfit pictures so I could help pick clothes for Chris too and I am just gonna say we nailed it for this relaxed beach session.

Back Bay is ALWAYS a win for me. In the evening, the place is nearly deserted and has the absolute BEST light. It is  definitely worth the hike out there! These two met at one of East Carolina’s infamous Halloween riots. Literally, a riot. I told them, if you can find each other in the middle of smoke bombs and all the craziness that is definitely divine intervention!  They’re both currently in college and will graduate in the spring, a few weeks before their wedding. Chris will then be an officer in the army, so I’m excited to see where that life will take them!!
