Some days I really, really do not feel like it has been well over 10 years since I attended an orchestra class in high school but sadly it has (like WELL over!) That is where I met Erin, since orchestra wasn’t graded dependent and she is younger than me we still had time together! Imagine my excitement when she emailed me to shoot her and Brian’s First Landing State Park engagements! These two met through mutual friends but started dating after Erin pretended to have a plumbing disaster and Brian saved the day. Just going to call that a win win when you snag a boyfriend and a handyman in one swoop Erin! 😉

We spent some time in First Landing near the beach side, where we had some gorgeous cool breezes and soft light. He gave me the disclaimer out of the gate that he did not like his smile with teeth but every time I had him nuzzle or kiss Erin, he had the BIGGEST smile linger there. When I told him that he let me know it was hard NOT to smile around her. #heartmelted I won’t lie, when we walked to the other side for outfit change the breeze was not with us and the gnats were awful! Who could tell?! These two were so great and flew through their second outfit (good thing since some cloud coverage moved in and ate our light!) like they had posed so many times before!

Brian is a Navy diver, originally form Colorado, and is fortunately going to be spending a lot more time in Hampton Roads while these two plan their wedding in JAMAICA!!! Can you just see Erin walking down the white sand to Brian, dress blowing with gorgeous waters all around and their closest friends around them? Magic!
