The sweetest. The words I keep circling back to for this day with Erica & Joe and their closest of close friends and family. It was hard for me to keep it together when in the room, Erica glanced at her sister and they just started crying. As a sister, I totally get that moment. It’s in that instance that it becomes real, your person has found THEIR new person. Flashes of road trips and Sunday dinners, inside jokes and stealing each others clothes drift into knowing those memories will now keep company of new ones with their new person. It is, to me, the ultimate bittersweet moment in sisterhood. I loved how Erica & Joe kept everything so true to their personalities. They said the sweetest vows in which Erica introduced as her monologue and incorporated Joe’s favorite turtles along with her grandmother’s hand painted broach into her day. After listening to how much these two love on each other and the special people in their life, I don’t think anyone would argue they are the perfect fit for each other.
