Walking into the beautiful homes of Coastal Accommodations to begin Katelyn and Logan’s wedding day, was a breath of fresh air. She was radiating, just so calm and cool, totally at ease and clearly relishing in her day. She pointed to all her details laid out in a beautiful neat arrangement and I think my eyes watered from how dreamy they were.

Since she had no bridal party to photograph, mom and Katelyn shared a brief toast before getting her dressed for her first look just outside. Not before the first look with dad though! With a cushy timeline we were able to do all the family portraits prior to the ceremony to save bride and groom ones for after!

Their ceremony was beautiful, heart-felt vows and the sweetest blessings poured over them from friends and family, some of whom have traveled so far!! I love that they incorporated the volleyball, one of their favorite things to do together!, into their portraits and as a designated table for friends and team mates who came to celebrate.

Katelyn and Logan are just two people I feel like every friend needs in their life. Her dad mentioned that during last minute wedding prep when a vendor would have missed the deadline for place cards, rather than get upset Katelyn stayed kind and got things done, reminding him how well people respond to kindness. She is grace, poise, kind-hearted and just all the good things a friend should be. She even gave me a gift and a card that made me cry (should have saved that for when I got home to read!!) on her wedding day, reminding me why I love doing this job! Logan is quiet, reserved but OH so smart. he is supportive of her and you can tell is just SO proud of her and what she does. Their whole reception they both made sure to talk to everyone there, thank them, dance with them and laugh with them!

Congratulations you two!! This has been an experience I will never forget getting to celebrate your love! <3
