It’s SO important to take family pictures, but let’s be honest…as photographers we are sometimes the worst people to do it. Seriously, we always try to do it ourselves and rarely end up in the pictures!!! When Maria contacted me she wanted pictures done in Virginia Beach before they took new orders since they are military. We had already rescheduled once because of the weather so when it was time for these, literally days before their move we were pushing forward regardless!! By the time this day rolled around half their home was packed up, they were living in a hotel and wrapping up everything before the big move!!! Serious champs for handling all that stress AND then getting in front of the camera!!

Maria is a talented photographer so I knew she would KILL it for outfits but she blew my mind!!! The perfect color scheme and everyone coordinated so well!! Seriously take note if you’re planning outfits for pictures, this is how you do it!!! Even though it was raining, truly started raining a good 10 minutes into this session, every single person was SO great!! I mean look at how cute those babies are!!!!
